1. General Policy
- Hello Doctor is a doctor directory and appointment booking platform. We do not provide medical services ourselves, nor do we process payments for doctor consultations.
- Any payments made for medical consultations, treatments, or services are directly between the patient and the doctor. Refund policies for such transactions are determined by the respective doctors or clinics.
2. Refund Policy for Doctor Listings
- Free Listings: Doctor profiles listed for free are not eligible for any refund.
- Paid Listings (if applicable):
- If a doctor or clinic has paid for a premium listing and wishes to cancel within 7 days, they may request a refund.
- Refunds will be processed only if the service has not been fully utilized (e.g., the listing has not been live for the full period).
- After 7 days, no refund requests will be entertained.
3. Refunds for Appointment Cancellations
- If a patient cancels an appointment, any refund policy will be determined by the doctor or clinic.
- Hello Doctor is not responsible for processing refunds related to appointments. Patients should directly contact the doctor or clinic for refund queries.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If a doctor or clinic fails to update their listing details correctly.
- If a patient misses an appointment without prior cancellation as per the doctor’s policy.
- If the service has already been delivered or utilized.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund for a paid listing, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

- Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Time
- Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
